Happy 4th of July, as we celebrate the historic 250th anniversary of our nation's founding!

As you enjoy holiday events today, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the deep history of our country, the freedoms we enjoy, and the incredible potential that lies ahead.

In Civil Air Patrol, we witness that potential every single day, and I see the future of America in our cadets. Through the leadership, aerospace, and emergency services opportunities offered in CAP, you have the unique chance to do extraordinary things and push beyond their limits. You are the next generation of innovators and leaders.

I also see the living pride and history of our nation in our adult members. By serving as mentors, instructors, and guides, you are actively shaping and preparing those future leaders. Your dedication ensures that the values of service and excellence endure.
