Once again Rhode Island Wing is pleased to announce a Cadet Firearms Training Day on Saturday, Oct 10, at the Smithfield Sportsman’s Club (SSC). SSC is supplying the club house, indoor range, .22 target rifles and personnel for this event.

To apply for this activity, print the attached forms (CAPF 60-81 and SSC Release) and have them signed by your parents and squadron commander. Deliver the completed/signed forms (CAP 60-81and SSC Release) to LtCol Bell. Completed forms may be emailed to jbell@riwg.cap.gov or hand carried to Wing Hq or West Bay squadron. Slots will be filled on a first come, first registered basis with the deadline for completed paperwork of Oct 2, 2026. Commanders will be notified weekly of approved applications.
