Good afternoon,

  Thank you all who replied to the form. As I stated we will be doing the open house on May 30th, the time will be 1100 to 1400. 

  We would like to have as many cadets as possible so we can get some demos going, like drill and ceremony. I ideally would like to have a few different "stations" with senior members to help answer questions. This is of course depending on weather as some would need to be outside. 

  I am hoping this will be beneficial for all of our squadrons. With that said, I would appreciate it if I could please get everyone and anyone who wants to be a part to reply to this email so I can get a count. If this is as successful as I would like it to be we could also do this at the other squadrons.
